Lawrence A. Rosenblum

Lawrence A. Rosenblum, CPA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College. He is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and Florida. As Principal of Cost Segregation Solutions, Mr. Rosenblum has provided cost segregation studies for a variety of commercial property owners and real estate developers. The studies he performed saved individual clients as much as $2 million in taxes. Mr. Rosenblum is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Randy S. Greenberg

Randy S. Greenberg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College.  Mr. Greenberg has prepared cost segregation studies for many residential and commercial properties.  Mr. Greenberg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
